West48’s main conference space includes a stage and presentation technology, a kitchen, lounging areas and a game zone, as well as floor space for a variety of seating setups. We supply tables and chairs but can also coordinate with an outside vendor to rent tables or chairs that are different from what we have available. Conference center rental configurations include:

• Classroom setup (tables in rows): seats up to 100 people
• Large pod setup (12-16 people/pod): seats up to 96 people
• Smaller pod setup (4-6 people/pod): seats up to 80 people
• Large U-shape: seats up to 34 people

When you plan an event at West48, we’re transparent about our meeting room rates and include all of the amenities we’ve described at no additional cost. With the exception of our Instagram Studio, all conference center or room rentals require a minimum two-hour rental.
