Our mission at Blue Compass is to provide companies with a clear digital direction by serving as an extension of each client’s team. But we also prioritize our strong company culture that revolves around spreading positivity, giving clients our best and supporting one another. When we had the opportunity to purchase the space below our agency in 2019, creating West48 seemed like the perfect way to share Blue Compass’ exciting, innovative culture with professionals and community members in the Des Moines Metro.

Once we obtained the real estate to make West48 a reality, we knew there was a need for a new type of meeting space in the Des Moines area: a tech-centered, fun conference space for organizations seeking a fresh location to collaborate and build camaraderie. So, we transformed the space into a modern conference center that would allow us to share our digital expertise with more people in the community. And the rest is history! As a digital agency, Blue Compass gets tech, so we made sure to install the best A/V equipment and connected it all to a simple, user-friendly system that works seamlessly with all types of presentations.

If you’re looking for small-group business meeting rooms in the Des Moines Metro, West48 offers several individual rooms to accommodate low-key gatherings while providing the same high-tech atmosphere as our main meeting space. All of the meeting rooms in our conference center offer seamless computer connection via HDMI cable, Apple AirPlay or wireless Windows screen sharing. Take advantage of the 8,000 sq. ft. in our main conference space for the majority of your event, but add breakout meeting rooms to enable small group settings during your time in the space. Or, if you don’t need our main conference space, consider one of our business meeting rooms solo to find the perfect fit for your small group.
